John’s Lumber will be hosting TWO separate State of Michigan Builder’s License
required Continuing Competency Seminars which will be needed in order for you to
renew your builders license this May.

This seminar is approximately 3 hours long.

The cost will be $40.00 per person.

Clinton Township location, located at:

34151 South Gratiot (North of 14 Mile) Map
No more scheduled classes

Shelby Township location, located at:

52575 Van Dyke (south of 24 mile) Map
No more scheduled classes

Pre-registration is required, with cash or check only.

Class size is limited; classes may be added as needed.

You will be required to bring valid ID and builder’s license to class.
